Horse ****... there is simply no "manipulation" here...
There is no outright greed here - you are tilting at windmills
What you are asking for is some sort of artificial intelligence to listen
to a call to determine it's final outcome? Some sort of additional
technology?
Probably expensive technology, so now the cost is $3.00+. For what is
probably a very low percentage of the calls? This is simply ludicrous...
You made a call, you got connected - you got charged. Bing, bang, boom...
Service WAS rendered. Seems REAL simple to me. Should be to you too.....
But then, some people...
You call someone long distance - they answer, but you both put the phone
down and no one actually talks - this goes on for 30 minutes or more.
Should you pay for the call?? (Certainly - it was the connection you pay
for,
not the conversation)
You rent an apartment or pay a mortgage. You go on a month's vacation.
Do you ***** and moan about that month's payment because you didn't use
the dwelling for that month?
