ITIL and Service Management as governance standards

by "Peter H.M. Brooks" <fustbariclation@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Apr 22, 2004 at 03:47 AM

Cor****ate governance is a very im****tant topic these days. The IT
Infrastructure Library is part of the Service Management movement, along
with standards such as Cobit, that are being seen as ways of putting in
place processes to ensure cor****ate governance standards are improved.

The new usenet group alt.management.service.itsm-itil has been put in
place
to discuss these issues, Service Management and ITIL.

If you think that this sort of discussion would be useful to you, please
ask
your friendly ISP to add this group to the list that they sup****t.
