cor****ate america and the stock market

by briansnak1@[EMAIL PROTECTED] (Brian) Sep 19, 2003 at 02:08 PM

Where do i begin, my view of America has changed, for the worse. Not
simply from the human error that occured in communications failures
between our most secret government agencies that led to 9/11, but for
the willingness through all we have witnessed by americans coast to
coast, whether directly or indirectly, through their pension plans or
IRA accounts to continue to re-gamble their money in this chaotic
pyramid scheme we call the "equity markets".In hindsight it seems
every generation will come along invent, then mass produce and market
meaningless products that supposedly will enhance our lifestyle while
creating more problems then good. These ideas are then funded by
research and development departments of cor****ations or taken on by
risktaking venture capitalists and turned into realites of all our
lives over a brief couple of years. All these new great products and
services on television, bill boards, and print media, screaming "buy
me" "pick me", personifying love and greed all in one message. We take
our futures one by one, and simply turn our lives over to the fat cats
on top, controlling our destines "god-men" as the bible states. These
individuals run these gigantic, burecratic, multi national companies,
with multi-level marketing schemes, caring little it at all for those
who work for them, those working at wages difficult to survive on. And
the money pours in, and the future seems limitless, and the heavens
will open. ....And then. It all comes cra****ng down, the tower of
bable reaching to the sky just tumbles, billions of dollars erased,
vanished, margin calls, layoffs, cutbacks, scandals, retribution, ...
and then the rebuilding process starts all over again, right where it
left off, another invention, another country to invade, another war,
another hungry child, another life lost in vain. Those iggnorant to
the process decide to join the scheme again, working for the fat cats,
while they conjure up new plans, others rebel protesting WTO meetings,
getting run over by swarms of baton beating so called "peace
officers". Passive Resistance is the calling that we must face. For
every human being in this world to make a commitment to never invest a
single cent in any market, domestic or global, stock or bond,
commodity or currency. When the world decides it has had enough, a new
world will form, one based not on trade as it has been since the
Wallerstein epoch supposedly began, but one based on? That I do not
know, but what i do know is that we are going in the wrong direction,
the more we believe in a flawed system, the more flawed it becomes.
The founding fathers of this country never imagined that the United
States would grow as fast and as powerful as it has over the last 200
plus years, but it has, the world empire is within our reach, but the
United States is the United States, not the United Nations, and this
last test in Iraq will prove disenchanting. We all complain in the
senate, and in the house, billions here and billions there, does it
matter when the printing presses run faster then those of the new york
times, what is money but paper with a face. What is disease and
poverty but the absense of that some face, the one with aids in africa
with the belly of bones, or the one in croatia being exterminated via
genocide, I thought history was never going to repeat itself, it seems
to time and time again. We are on the brink, and each person in this
lifetime of this world must make a decision, not whether to serve some
respected nation state, but to resist, to resist the wheel, to resist
the ebb and flow, to flow is natural to resist requires strength and
determination, the determination to make this country and the world a
better place, god bless.
