Yep, just got an e-mail from Deepak Bhargava, Rep ID 113643 telling me
"I can see from the records that order has been cancelled and please
check with your credit card company; if the order amount has been
reversed."

This is after TWICE telling them it's a PAYPAL hold on the funds in my
PAYPAL account.

Apparently a heartbeat is all that's required to work customer service
at Dell.

I hope I get a "Customer Service Survey" after this one.
