Not a freebie - I wish you would look at the offers before posting them! 
You're not going to get a proper sample
of the product in a small envelope are you!  The offer is not available
via 
the Internet form, that is a mail harvesting
list and the following doesn't show until AFTER you submit your full
details 
if you're daft enough not to try it with
false ones first.
