Beware that there is a cash withdrawal charge, and it's considered 
as a high interest loan from the moment of withdrawal until fully paid
back (if credit card is used).

Secondly, bear in mind that the cash withdrawal limit is not your
spending limit, it's only about half; always check the cash limit. 
However, ATM can be a useful fallback.
