Buying from Hong Kong

Hi all
 I have seen a camcorder bag on E BAY a "buy it now" for £0.99 +£3.99 
postage the seller is based in Hong Kong.
Has anyone bought this way from a Hong Kong seller?
 I was looking for any pitfalls.
