You must have signed up a long time ago during the beta when it was free, 
that's changed now so you have to pay. You should be able to still sign in

but you will probably only be able to view your DataPatrol pages. If you
do 
see a link to your credit re****t it will be on the left above the Local
Area 
Re****t link but it will be very out of date as it will not have had it's 
quarterly update since the beta ended.
