Buying advice please - TFT Monitors

Hi,

I'm more used to seeing what CRTs I can find on freecycle than actually 
buying new modern kit - but a charity has asked me for suggestions as to 
where to go to buy some new 19 inch TFT monitors. They have a grant 
specifically for those, so can't spend the money on something more 
sensible :)

They don't need "gaming" refresh performance - but I think that a 
digital as well as analogue input would be a good idea, for the future.

Can anyone suggest where to go and any companies to avoid and any other 
tips about buying TFTs that I can pass on?  I'm still managing very well 
on CRTs..
