I bought 3x 4GB USB flash drives about 3 months ago. They never arrived.

Then, a month after that, I bought an SD card for my sister. That never
arrived either. My mail & postmen/women have always delivered everything
just fine - I've always received everything sent to me aside from these
two play.com packets.

I got a refund for both - I think the refund request has to be submitted
about 21 days after items are allegedly ****pped - but I don't buy
anything from them any more.
