Had an issue only last week, memory card hadn't turned up,
waited the 21 days, filed a claim on the website, 5 days later
the refund was in my account and a confirmation email
apologising for the problems.
Really good service is what I've had from them, which makes a
nice change as a lot of online retailers make it a nightmare
to chase orders.
