Hi LL.

I've bought a fair bit of stuff from them over the years, and have always 
found them to be OK to deal with. I have had books turn up damaged either
in 
the post or during packing. They ask you to email them (from your order 
link) and they give you an item  number which you have to quote on the 
return (not appropriate in your case as you have now't to return, but I 
guess the system will be similar) I have had to phone them on an occasion
or 
two to remind them to refund my return postage, which they have always 
done....eventually.

On the whole, I have found them to be very fair. But I have never actually

experienced your problem of goods not arriving at all. - I'm sure that 
you'll get satisfaction from them though.
