Play.com (slightly off topic)

I've seen many similar questions asked here over the years..   so hope no 
one minds..

Play.com have always been a "bargain" site,  saving £10 + on highstreet 
prices on most games etc..

however,  having made many orders with them, I have one that has not
turned 
up, I have a few more days to wait till their 21 days has passed, but 
wondered if they were good to deal with over non deliveries (I had a 
"Posted" email).

so  what are Play.com's customer services like to deal with!!
