Had the card reader, and the number you have to respond with wasn't
being recognised.
Called Natwest up and they kept unlocking the card so I could try again.
Constantly getting unrecognised number via the card reader.
Turns out that if you change your pin number (which I had done, and
which they advise you do as a security precaution) it messes up the
online banking thing with the card reader, and a new card has to be
issued.
They are sending me a new card, and the best thing is I have to have the
old original number that may have been a security issue, and why I
changed the pin.
When I get the new card, I can't change the pin, otherwise it'll mess up
the card reader and online banking, and I'll have to wait a few days for
a new card to be issued and go back to the pin that was a security
issue, and the reason why I changed the bloody pin for.
Thanks.
