I can understand the reasons why they want to allow buyers to be more
honest
with their feedback , but there *are* buyers who deserve a neg who can't
now
get one.
I have a big problem with the feedback percentage only being based on the
last 12 months sales , and some of their other measures to stop sellers
selling if they have had poor feedback means that occasional sellers like
me
can effectively be banned from ebay because of a single loon.
They clearly haven't thought everything through
