I heard that Ebay recently changed the feedback policy so that sellers
could only leave feedback
about buyers before the buyer has left feedback. Is that right?
If so, that is great in my view. I have several bad experiences with
sellers. In 2 cases the seller
took weeks to send the goods and generally did not do anything that they
said they would. I had to
threaten and then eventually deliver negative feedback. On both occasions
the seller then promptly
left negs for me, even though I had done nothing other than try to secure
the goods that I had paid
for.
