By entering the Ritz Interactive Electronics Giveaway, you not only get a
chance to win any one of four prizes, you will also begin to receive our
free monthly Electronics newsletter. All Ritz Interactive email
correspondence includes information on how to remove your email address
from
future mailings. We do not sell or rent our list of customers to anyone
without your permission. Entry in the Ritz Interactive Electronics
Giveaway
is limited to residents of the United States. This offer is void where
prohibited or restricted by law. There is no purchase necessary to
participate. This promotion is open to persons over the age of 18 at the
time of entry.
To enter the Ritz Interactive Electronics Giveaway, complete the entry
form
by filling out all required fields. By clicking on the 'Enter to Win'
button
at the bottom of the above form, your entry will be automatically entered
into the Ritz Interactive Electronics Giveaway drawing. There is a limit
of
one (1) entry per person, and three (3) entries per household. Ritz
Interactive is not responsible for electronic entries that are late, lost,
stolen, misdirected, or non-deliverable due to online communication
malfunction or failure, or human error that may occur in the processing of
entries to this promotion. Illegible or incomplete entries will be
disqualified. All entries become the property of Ritz Interactive. All
personal information entered into the above form (Name, Address, Email,
etc.) may be shared with contest administrators of Ritz Interactive, Inc.
The promotion administrator, whose decisions and interpretations of the
rules are final in all matters relating to this program, will randomly
select the contest winners from all correct and eligible entries. By
participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Rules &
Regulations and the decision of the promotion administrator. The winners
will be contacted via email and must respond within seven (7) days to
claim
their prizes, or alternate winners will be selected. Once confirmed, the
winners' names will be posted on this website and may be posted in our
monthly e-newsletter. Prizes are guaranteed to be awarded, and prize
winners
may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release
of
Liability Form, or an alternate winner will be selected in a subsequent
random drawing. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable by email
will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.
There are no substitutions for prizes. Prizes are not transferable,
assignable, or redeemable for cash. All federal, state, and local taxes
and
any additional fees are the responsibility of the winners. If selected as
the winner, the winner agrees (except where prohibited) to allow Ritz
Interactive to use his/her name, likeness, entry contents, biographical
data, and statements for advertising and publicity purposes without
additional compensation.
Dates of Contest :
From 09/27/2008 through 10/04/2008: Contest runs, entries are accepted.
Within 15 days of the contest ending, 4 contest winners will be selected
and
contacted by email, and must respond to claim their prize within 7 days,
or
an alternate winner will be selected, and that winner will have 7 days to
respond.
Once the selected winners have responded to claim each of the four prizes,
those winners will also be shown and announced on a prize winner
announcement page, on our websites, and in our email newsletter.
A total of four (4) electronics prizes will be awarded to be used at this
site only. Prizes include (1) Western Digital My Book Essential Edition
