2008 Gravely ZT 2450 Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Participation constitutes entrant's
full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules
for the 2008 Gravely ZT 2450 Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"). The Sweepstakes
is
sponsored by Ariens Company, 655 West Ryan Street, Brillion, WI 54110-1098
("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes starts at 8:00 a.m. (Central) on May 5, 2008
and ends at 4:00 p.m. (Central) on July 31, 2008 ("Sweepstakes Period").
All
federal, state, provincial, and local laws apply.
Eligibility / Who May Enter: The Sweepstakes is open to natural persons 18
years of age or older and who have reached the age of majority in their
state of residence at the time of entry who are legal residents of the
continental United States (excludes residents of Alaska and Hawaii) who
have
internet access. All employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its
parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries ("Sponsor Personnel") as well as any
company that supplies or provides goods, services (including advertising
and
promotional services), or promotional consideration used in connection
with
the Sweepstakes ("Suppliers") and employees, officers, directors, and
agents
of Suppliers, their parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries ("Supplier
Personnel"), the immediate families and household members of Sponsor
Personnel and Supplier Personnel, and any distributors of Sponsor's
products, are not eligible.
To Enter: Entrants must register for the Sweepstakes by completing an
online
entry form at www.WinGravely.com ("Web Site"). All entries must be
submitted
online via the Web Site. Entries submitted by any other means will not be
accepted. Entries may only be submitted and received by Sponsor during the
Sweepstakes Period. Limit one entry per person during the Sweepstakes
Period.
Winner: [On or about August 14, 2008] Within two (2) weeks of campaign
end,
one (1) Grand Prize Winner ("Winner") will be selected, by an outside
independent agency, as the potential winner of the Grand Prize by a random
drawing of all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of
entries.
The Winner will be notified by mail, email and/or telephone within two (2)
weeks after the drawing. Before being declared the Winner, the entrant may
be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and a
liability/publicity
release, which must be returned to Sponsor within 14 days of date notice
is
sent or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner unless
prohibited by law. It is the sole responsibility of the Winner to notify
the
Sponsor of any address changes. If prize or prize notification is returned
as undeliverable, prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate
winner
by random draw.
Upon receipt of all necessary do***entation, Sponsor will deliver to the
confirmed winner the Grand Prize within 21 days of receipt of applicable
do***entation.
Prize: The Grand Prize consists of the following items:
a.. One (1) Gravely ZT 2450 50" Deck Zero-Turn Mower
The approximate retail value of this prize package is $US 3,300. All
prizes
will be awarded. No prize substitution or cash redemption, except at
Sponsor's
sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Sponsor reserves the
right
in its sole discretion to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if
the Grand Prize cannot be awarded for any reason or becomes unavailable.
Prizes are not transferable. Any taxes are the responsibility of the
Winner.
By accepting the Grand Prize, Winner consents to the use of his or her
name
and likeness without further compensation in connection with any publicity
carried out by or on behalf of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes,
unless prohibited by law.
General Terms: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete,
incorrect, inaccurate, damaged, or misdirected entries or for lost
transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network, Internet, server, or
other connections, failed, garbled, scrambled, or delayed transmissions or
other problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, or electronic, or
technical malfunctions of the computer hardware, software, or any
combination thereof; or for problems associated with any virus or any
damage
caused to entrant's system(s).
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, suspend or cancel the
Sweepstakes at any time if a computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized
intervention or interference, or other technical problem of any sort
corrupts or disrupts the administration, security, or proper operation of
the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes or
change any element hereof, with or without notice, at any time, due to
printing, technical, or transmission errors or problems, or other errors
or
problems in the production or operation of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor
reserves
the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person tampering with
the entry process or who violates these Official Rules in any way. Entries
that have been tampered with or altered are void.
List of Winners: To obtain a list of the winner, send a request in writing
along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Envano, 3019 Holmgren

Suite 202, Green Bay, WI 54304. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
Requests must be received no later than August 31, 2008.
