OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR

Eligibility: The New American Adventurer Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is
open 
to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia,
age 
21 or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of 
Outdoor Life and Polaris Industries, Inc. (collectively, the "Sponsors"), 
and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and 
promotion agencies (collectively the "Sweepstakes Parties") and their 
immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each

are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable

federal, state and local laws and regulations.

How to enter: Visit www.outdoorlife.com/victory and follow all online
entry 
instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. Entries must be

received between 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on March 15, 2008 and 11:59
PM 
(ET) on July 31, 2008 ("Sweepstakes Entry Period"). Limit: One entry per 
person per day. Entries made with multiple email addresses, under multiple

identities or through the use of any other device or artifice to enter 
multiple times will be deemed invalid. If any entrant attempts to enter
the 
Sweepstakes more than once per day, then all entries tied back to that 
entrant will be disqualified in the drawing. All entries and requests
become 
the Sponsors' property and will not be returned or acknowledged.

Prize and Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price ("MSRP"):  One (1) Grand 
Prize:  A 2008 Kingpin Tour Motorcycle, solid black model (MSRP: 
$18,399.00). Winner must have a valid U.S. issued motorcycle driver's 
license at the time the prize is picked up. Winner shall be required to 
personally retrieve the prize and present adequate personal identification

prior to taking possession of prize. Winner is responsible for all travel 
expenses associated with picking up the prize at a Victory dealer****p 
closest to winner's primary residence (as determined by Sponsors). Winner 
will be notified when the prize is available for pick up which may take up

to 120 days from date of order. Sponsors are not responsible for delays in

delivery of the prize. If the prize is not picked up or winner fails to 
provide the required do***entation within thirty (30) days of the date the

prize is delivered to the Victory dealer****p, the winner shall bear any
risk 
of loss or damage to the prize, and after thirty (30) days the prize may
be 
forfeited by the winner. The prize consists only of standard manufacturer 
package and does not include additional features/options. Winner is 
responsible for other options not expressly included and for title,
license 
and registration fees, as well as all applicable tax liabilities. Prize is

based on availability and certain restrictions apply. Upon delivery of the

prize to the winner, Sponsors will be deemed to have awarded the prize to 
the winner with winner assuming full responsibility for the prize. Winner 
must sign a release of liabilities and affidavit and provide proof of 
do***entation including but not limited a valid U.S. motorcycle driver's 
license and vehicle insurance which must be in good standing issued in 
his/her state of residency prior to receiving the prize.  Odds of winning 
depend on number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all 
eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted on or about 
August 5, 2008 under supervision of an independent judging organization 
whose decisions are final and binding. Winner will be notified by email 
and/or mail and will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of 
Eligibility and Liability and a Publicity Release ("Affidavit") within 10 
days of date specified on notification, or an alternate winner will be 
selected. If Affidavit or prize notification is returned as undeliverable,

it will result in disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to an 
alternate winner in a separate random drawing. All taxes and any other 
incidental expenses on prize are the sole responsibility of winner. No 
substitutions are permitted except by the Sponsors who reserve the right
to 
award a prize of equal or greater value if the prize is unavailable as 
determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Prize is not redeemable
for 
cash.  Prize is non-assignable and non-transferable. Winner is responsible

for all federal, state, local and income taxes.

General Provisions & Limitations: Entry and acceptance of prize constitute

permission for Sponsors to use winner's name, prize won, hometown and all 
versions of his/her likeness for online posting as well as any and all 
promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited

by law. Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the 
decisions of the judges and the Sponsors. By participating in this 
Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors, the

Sweepstakes Parties and each of their respective parent companies, 
affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, agents and

employees, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses
or 
damages of any kind arising from or in connection with, either directly or

indirectly: 1) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or 
misuse of prize awarded herein; or 2) participation in the Sweepstakes or 
any prize related activities, including but not limited to traveling to or

from any prize related activity. Neither the Sponsors nor the Sweepstakes 
Parties make any representation or warranties concerning the appearance, 
safety or performance of prize awarded. Sponsors are not responsible for
any 
typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration
of 
the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes. Winner acknowledges 
that the Sponsors, their parent companies, affiliates and all other 
companies concerned with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make,
nor 
are in any manner responsible for, any warranty, representations,
expressed 
or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions or 
fitness of any aspects of the prize except that the prize shall be subject

to manufacturer's standard warranty.

NOTICE TO ENTRANTS
In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry

be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail

submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural 
person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access
provider, 
online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for 
assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted 
e-mail address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or 
altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of

automated devices are void. The Sponsors are not responsible for: (i)
lost, 
late, misdirected, damaged or illegible entries; or (ii) error, omission, 
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft

or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry
materials, 
or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, 
hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission
of 
or failure to receive entry information by Sponsors on account of
technical 
problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any 
combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any

person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the 
sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be
