1. Eligibility:The Nissan 2008 "Master the ****ft" Sweepstakes
("Sweepstakes") is offered in and open only to legal residents of the

States and District of Columbia ("U.S.") age 18 and older who have a valid

Inc.("Sponsor"), Nissan North America, Inc., Alcone Marketing Group,
Nissan
dealers, and each of their respective parents, affiliates and
subsidiaries,
advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, entities involved in the
design and implementation of the sweepstakes, and the immediate family
members (spouse, parents, siblings and children and their spouses and
in-laws) and persons living in the same household of such individuals are
not eligible. Void where prohibited.
2. Sweepstakes Period:Sweepstakes begins on May 28, 2008 at 12:00:01 a.m.
Eastern Time (ET) and ends on December 31, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET). A
week begins on Monday at 12:00:01 a.m. (ET) and ends the following Sunday
at
11:59:59 p.m. (ET), except for the first week which begins on Wednesday,
May
28, 2008 at 12:00:01 a.m. (ET) and ends on the following Sunday, June 1,
2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) and the last week which begins on Monday,
December 22, 2008 at 12:00:01 a.m. (ET) and ends on Wednesday, December
31,
2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET). In addition, Weeks 17 - 21 will begin on
9/15/08
at 12:00:01 a.m. (ET) and end on 10/19/08 at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) with (4)
experience packages being awarded for that period. The Sweepstakes
computer
is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
