1.. No purchase necessary.
2.. Grand Prize: The BeachHunter ID 300 from White's. Prize cannot be
transferred or substituted. Taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
All
prizes will be awarded.
3.. Deadline: Sweepstakes begins June 1st, 2008. Entries must be
received
by midnight Eastern Time (U.S.) on June 30, 2008. Winners are drawn on the
10th of each month and posted in the Newsletter on the 15th of each month.
Winners will be notified by e-mail (or by mail if no e-mail address is
given). The previous winners page will be updated on the 1st of the month.
4.. Eligibility: Void where prohibited by law. LostTreasures®, Inc.
employees, staff, contributing writers and their agents, the manufacturer
of
this month's prize and the immediate families of the aforementioned are
not
eligible to win.
5.. To enter: Complete and submit the form on this page of the
LostTreasures® OnLine World Wide Web site. All fields marked with an * and
colored Red are required. Entries submitted with blank fields or with
inappropriate information will be discarded. NOTE: Only one entry per
household per day will be accepted. Multiple entries will be discarded.
You
may enter either by mail or the Internet, but not both. International
entries cannot be accepted at this time.
6.. Alternate entry: Send a 3"x 5" piece of paper in an envelope no
larger
than 9.5" x 4.5" with your name and full address, including zip code,
along
with the answer to the question above. Mailed entries must have a postmark
between June 1st, 2008 and June 30, 2008, and must be received by July.
