1. ELIGIBILITY:
The Hanes Vacation in Comfort Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes" or "Promotion")
is
offered only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United
States
or District of Columbia and at least 18 years old, at time of
participation.
Employees, officers and directors of Hanesbrands Inc. ("Hanes" or
"Sponsor"), SoftCoin, Inc. ("SoftCoin"), Disney Destinations LLC, their
respective parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and
promotional agencies, web masters and web suppliers and persons engaged in
the development of Promotion materials, and members of the immediate
family
(parents, siblings, children and spouse, wherever they reside) or same
household members (whether or not related) of such employees, officers and
directors are not eligible. Groups, clubs, organizations, commercial
entities, and businesses cannot participate. By participating, you agree
to
these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor and/or SoftCoin, an
independent judging and administration organization, which are final and

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion begins on or about 5/15/2008 at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (PT)
and ends on 8/30/2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT, subject to the free Code
request
deadlines (See Rule 3(B), below). SoftCoin's computer is the official
clock
for the Promotion.
3. HOW TO ENTER:
A. Purchase any specially marked package of Hanes underwear, socks or
casualwear product, while supplies last. TO ENTER WITHOUT PURCHASE, SEE
RULE
3(B) BELOW.
Then, register at the Promotional Website. During the Promotional Period,
access www.hanes.com/vacationincomfort ("Promotional Website") and click
on
the icon, banner, or text link to access the registration page. At that
point, you must:
1.. Complete the registration form with your first and last name, street
address, city, state and zip code, daytime phone number, email address,
date
of birth and gender.
2.. Create a password. (Record your password and keep it in a secure
location.)
3.. Enter the 12-character alphanumeric Hanes Vacation in Comfort Code
found on the sticker affixed to the outside of the Hanes package ("Code").
Enter the Code exactly as it appears on the sticker. If Code is not
entered
exactly as it appears, Code will not be accepted. After submission of
Code,
check the box indicating that you have read and agree to the Official
Rules.
You will NOT be able to enter the Sweepstakes unless this box has been
checked. Then, click on the button to create your Promotion Account and
you
will receive one entry.
4.. When you return to the Promotional Website, log-in by providing your
email address and password. This enables you to access your Promotion
Account and, if you have another Code, to enter again.
B. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY:
For a free Code, mail a hand-printed self-addressed, stamped envelope to
Vacation in Comfort Free Code, c/o SoftCoin Inc., 2000 Sierra Point
Parkway,
Suite 801, 9th Floor, Brisbane, CA 94005, to be postmarked by 9/2/2008 and
received by 9/9/2008. Vermont residents only may omit return postage.
After
free Code request has been processed by SoftCoin and you have received a
Code, go to the Promotional Website and follow the procedure indicated in
Rule 3A (above) to enter Sweepstakes by 9/20/2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT.
Each
valid free Code request will result in receipt of one Code, while supplies
last. Limit one request per stamped envelope. Limit (10) free Code
requests
per participant per day. No copies, facsimiles or reproductions of free
Code
requests will be accepted.
Limit of (10) entries per participant/Promotion Account per day (12:00:01
a.m. PT - 11:59:59 p.m. PT).
C. Deadlines/Limitations on Codes/Related Issues:
Codes must be entered, received and recorded by SoftCoin's Promotion
Computer by the applicable deadline (i.e., 8/30/2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT
[for Codes obtained via purchase] or 9/20/2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT [for
Codes obtained via free Code request]), after which time Codes are void
and
will not be accepted. The sale (via auction or otherwise), trading,
transfer, assignment, combining or barter of Codes is prohibited. Each
Code
may only be used by one person (i.e., the person who purchased the
specially
marked Hanes package containing a sticker bearing that Code or the person
who submitted the free Code request, as applicable) to enter the Promotion
once. Codes are good only for the Promotion Account in which entered.
Codes
cannot be pooled, shared or transferred between Promotion Accounts. Codes
have no cash value and may not be purchased or redeemed for cash or
credit.
Codes may only be used in a manner which is fully consistent with and as
expressly stated in these Official Rules. Participants (also referred to
herein as "contestants") must log-in to their Promotion Accounts, or
submit
free Code requests and otherwise participate in the Promotion only in a
manner which is fully consistent with and as expressly stated in these
Official Rules. Any other use (or attempted use) of Codes, methods of
logging into Promotion Account and/or other participation in Promotion
constitutes fraud and is subject to prosecution by Sponsor. In addition,
such conduct will result in disqualification from Promotion.
4. PASSWORDS:
Each time you visit www.hanes.com/vacationincomfort (after you have
registered and created a Promotion Account), to enter again, you must
first
log-in using your email address and password. If at any time you forget
your
password, click on the "Forgot Your Password" link on the Promotional
Website. Follow the on-screen instructions and your password will be
emailed
to you at the email address provided when you registered. You are solely
responsible for the security of your password. You should take precautions
to keep your password private to prevent any unauthorized use. Neither
Sponsor, SoftCoin nor any other person or entity will be responsible for
any
losses, damages or consequences you may suffer due to careless or
unauthorized use of a password. Only one email address/password may be
used
by any participant and there is a limit of one Promotion Account per
participant. Should any participant attempt to use more than one email
address and/or password or create more than one Promotion Account, that
participant will be disqualified.
5. RANDOM DRAWING:
The potential Grand Prize winners will be selected via random drawing by
SoftCoin on or about 9/21/2008. The drawing will consist of all eligible
entries received. The potential Grand Prize winners initially selected in
the drawing will be notified within (3) days of drawing by email, mail
and/or phone.
Grand Prize (7) - 5 day/4 night Walt Disney WorldŽ vacation for winner and

guests. Trip consists of roundtrip coach air trans****tation from major
commercial air****t near winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor in
its
sole discretion) to Orlando, FL; ground transfers between Orlando air****t
and Walt Disney WorldŽ resort; standard, moderate accommodations
(quadruple
occupancy) at Walt Disney WorldŽ resort hotel; use of trans****tation
within
Walt Disney WorldŽ resort; (4) 5-day MAGIC YOUR WAY tickets with Park
HopperŽ option (subject to terms and conditions of use as indicated
thereon); (1) $500 Disney gift card (subject to terms and conditions of
use
as indicated thereon); (1) Disney PhotoPass CD and Photobook. Approximate
Retail Value: $3,348 each.
Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $23,436.
Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries
received.
Conditions on Prizes: If winner lives within approximately 200 miles of
the
Walt Disney World resort (as determined by Sponsor in its sole
discretion),
winner will not receive the air trans****tation ****tion of the prize or any
compensation or substitute/alternative prize for same. Winners are solely
responsible for all costs and expenses not specified in these Official
Rules; such costs/expenses include but are not limited to tips,
gratuities,
meals, souvenirs and local and long-distance telephone calls. Trip
(including air trans****tation and accommodations) is subject to blackout
dates, availability and additional restrictions. Travel arrangements must
be
booked by 02/15/2009 and travel completed by 06/30/2009; all travel
arrangements must be made using travel agent of Sponsor's sole choosing.
Winner and all guests must travel on same itinerary. Winner and his/her
guests are solely responsible for obtaining (and traveling with) valid
photo
identification and any other required do***ents. If winner elects to take
trip with fewer than (3) guests, components of the trip prize will be
awarded increments/quantities suitable for actual number of travelers and
winner will not receive any compensation or substitute/alternate prize for
same. If guest is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, he/she
must
be accompanied on the trip by his/her parent or legal guardian who must be
either the winner or another guest of the winner. Winner is solely
responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. Prize
must
be accepted with all listed prize components subject to the conditions

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Participants (a) agree that Sponsor, SoftCoin, Disney Destinations LLC and
their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies,
advertising
and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors,
employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever
for,
and shall be indemnified and held harmless by participants against any
liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person(s),
including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or
indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of prize
(and/or
any prize components), or participation in this Promotion or
Promotion-related activities and (b) acknowledge that said parties have
neither made nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty,
representation or guarantee, express or implied, in law or in fact,
relative
to the prize (and/or any prize components), including but not limited to,
their quality, merchantability or fitness for the intended purpose except
only for the express limited warranties provided by Disney Destinations
LLC;
(c) winners of prizes grant (and agree to confirm such grant in writing
promptly upon request) to Sponsor and those acting under Sponsor's
authority
the right to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, voice, image,
statements and biographical information for advertising, trade, publicity
and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter discovered,
worldwide, including the World Wide Web, without review, notification or
approval, or further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Grand Prize
winners must complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a
Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within (10) days
after receipt of notification. Each guest of winner (if a minor in his/her
jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) must also
complete, sign and return a Liability Release and, where lawful, a
Publicity
Release within such time. If such do***ents are not returned on a timely
basis, or if notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if a
winner of a prize is found to be ineligible or not in full compliance with
these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner
selected from among all remaining eligible entries received.
7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Neither Sponsor nor SoftCoin are responsible for lost, late, incomplete,
stolen, misdirected or illegible registrations, entries, free Code
requests,
email, postage due mail or replies to free Code requests which are
returned
as undeliverable mail; or for any computer, telephone, satellite, cable,
network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions,
failures,
connections, or availability, or garbled, corrupt or jumbled
transmissions,
service provider/Internet/website/use net accessibility, availability, or
traffic congestion, or any technical error, or unauthorized human
intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration,
Code,
entry, free Code request or other information, or the failure to capture,
or
loss of, any such information. Neither Sponsor nor SoftCoin are
responsible
for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website
users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming
associated with or utilized in the Promotion and assume no responsibility
for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in
operation
or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or
destruction or unauthorized access to the Promotional Website. The right
is
reserved by Sponsor and SoftCoin at their sole discretion, to disqualify
any
individual found, in their sole discretion, to be tampering with the
registration/entry process, the operation of the Promotion or Website, or
to
be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in a
non-s****tsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse,
threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro,

and disqualify any participant using such methods. Neither Sponsor nor
SoftCoin are responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any
other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this

for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned by
reason
of, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, worms, bugs,
tampering,
unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes
which Sponsor, in its sole opinion, deems could corrupt or affect the
administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this
Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and conduct the random drawing
from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as
appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or to otherwise make prizes
available to be won in a manner deemed by Sponsor in its sole discretion,
to
be fair, appropriate and consistent with the spirit of these Official
Rules.
Notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted on
www.hanes.com/vacationincomfort. In case of dispute, entries will be
declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address
provided
when creating Promotion Account from which the entry in question was
affected. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person
who
is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access Provider, Online
Service Provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational
institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for
the
domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor and SoftCoin
are
not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of
the
offer, administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of the
prizes.
These Official Rules are intended solely for the personal use by an
individual participant and may be reproduced only once for his/her

Sponsor and/or participant in conjunction therewith) shall be resolved
individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively
by
an action in state or federal court in the State of North Carolina; (b)

and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual
out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with
participating
in this Promotion but in no event attorneys' fees; (c) under no
cir***stances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for and
participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and
consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual
