OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL
RESIDENTS
OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OR DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR
OLDER.
1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE. Open to
legal
residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia ("U.S.") who are
18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Bass Pro
Trademarks,
L.L.C. (the "Sponsor"), its subsidiaries, agencies, affiliates and members
of the immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings, children and
their
spouses and in-laws) and persons living in the same household of such
individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible. Void where
prohibited.
2. TO ENTER: There are three channels for entering this sweepstakes:
"Retail", "Catalog" and "Online".
"Retail" Entries: During the dates of 6/2/08 through 6/15/08, each time
you
make a purchase at a participating Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World location,
Bass Pro Shops S****tsman's Warehouse location, or Bass Pro Shops Worldwide
S****tsman location, you will receive one entry form at the register.
Complete the entry form and deposit it in an official ballot box at the
store. You may also receive an entry form without making a purchase by
asking for one at any register. Limit one retail entry per person per day.
All entries must be received by close of business on 6/15/08.
"Catalog" Entries: During the dates of 5/15/08 through 6/15/08, each time
you make a purchase from a Bass Pro Shops catalog, you will receive one
entry into the sweepstakes. You may also receive a catalog entry without
making a purchase by visiting www.basspro.com/fathersday and completing
the
online entry form and submitting as directed. Limit one catalog entry per
person per day. All entries must be received by 11:59 pm Central Time on
6/15/08.
"Online" Entries: During the dates of 5/15/08 through 6/15/08, each time
you make a purchase through www.basspro.com, you will receive one entry
into
the sweepstakes. You may also receive an online entry without making a
purchase by visiting www.basspro.com/fathersday and completing the online
entry form and submitting as directed. Limit one online entry per person
per
day. All entries must be received by 11:59 pm Central Time on 6/15/08.
A day begins at 12:00 am Central Time ("CT") and ends the following 11:59
pm
CT. Sponsor's server is the official clock for this promotion. Limit one
retail entry, one catalog entry, and one online entry per person per day.
3. DRAWINGS/PRIZES: Separate daily drawings will be conducted by Sponsor
from among all eligible retail entries, catalog entries and online entries
according to the schedule below. On or about 7/7/08, a Grand Prize drawing
will be conducted by Promotion Mechanics, Inc., an independent judging
organization, from among all eligible combined retail, catalog, and online
entries.
Daily Drawings:
Week 1: Entry days: Thursday 5/15/08 Sunday 5/18/08: Two random drawings
will be conducted following each entry day; one drawing will be from among
all eligible catalog entries, and one drawing will be from among all
eligible online entries. Each drawing will award the following prize: $150
Bass Pro Shops gift card redeemable on catalog or internet purchases only.
Subject to terms and conditions stated on the card.
Week 2: Entry days: Monday 5/19/08 Sunday 5/25/08: Two random drawings
will be conducted following each entry day; one drawing will be from among
all eligible catalog entries, and one drawing will be from among all
eligible online entries. Each drawing will award the following prize: a
Johnny Morris Signature Series Reel. Approximate retail value $179.99.
Week 3: Entry days: Monday 5/26/08 Sunday 6/1/08: Two random drawings
will
be conducted following each entry day; one drawing will be from among all
eligible catalog entries, and one drawing will be from among all eligible
online entries. Each drawing will award the following prize: a pair of
Danner EXO Edge DXT Vent hiking boots. Approximate retail value $99.95.
Week 4: Entry days: Monday 6/2 Sunday 6/8. Three random drawings will be
conducted following each entry day; one drawing will be from among all
eligible catalog entries, one drawing will be from among all eligible
online
entries, and one drawing will be from among all eligible retail entries.
Each drawing will award the following prize: a Berkley Lure & Line
Package.
Approximate retail value $150.
Week 5: Entry days: Monday 6/9 Sunday 6/15. Three random drawings will
be
conducted following each entry day; one drawing will be from among all
eligible catalog entries, one drawing will be from among all eligible
online
entries, and one drawing will be from among all eligible retail entries.
Each drawing will award the following prize: a Coleman Screened
Weathermaster 2-room tent. Approximate retail value $199.99.
Catalog and Online drawing winners will be notified by telephone and/or
email at Sponsor's sole-discretion. Retail drawing winners will be
notified
by email. Non-winning entries will not be included in subsequent daily
drawings, but will be included in the Grand Prize drawing (see next
paragraph). Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible
entries received for each drawing.
Grand Prize Drawing: On or about 7/7/08, a random drawing will be
conducted
by Promotion Mechanics, Inc., an independent judging organization, from
among all eligible entries received to award the following prize:
(1) Grand Prize: a 2008 Toyota Sequoia 4-door, SR5, 4X4 S****t Utility
Vehicle with 5.7 liter, i-Force DOHC V8, 381 HP, 6-CD Changer with 8
speakers, Power Driver Seat, Tow Prep Package plus Tow Hitch and
additional
options as selected by Sponsor. Approximate retail value $42,285. Model,
color and accessories will be determined by Sponsor and may vary from that
depicted in advertising and promotion materials.
Winner will have three months to present valid driver's license, evidence
of
insurance and any other information requested by Sponsor. If winner does
not
take delivery of truck within 3 month period or otherwise fails to satisfy
the requirements set forth in these Official Rules, the prize will be
forfeited. Winner is responsible for any expenses, license, title and
registration fees, insurance and taxes not expressly provided for in these
Official Rules.
Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone, email, and/or mail at
Sponsor's sole discretion. Odds of winning will be determined by the
number
of eligible entries received.
4. GENERAL: Taxes on prizes and expenses not specified are the sole
responsibility of winners. By participating, entrants (and entrant's
parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of
residence) agree (a) to these rules and decisions of judges which shall be
final in all respects; (b) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its
subsidiaries, affiliates and agencies, and their respective directors,
officers, employees, agents and representatives from any and all claims,
demands, costs, expenses, liability, losses or damages of any kind
resulting
from their participation in the promotion or their acceptance, use or
misuse
of a prize, including liability for personal injury or death; (c) if a
winner, to the use of name and/or photograph for advertising and publicity
purposes without compensation (unless prohibited by law) and to execute
specific consent to such use if asked to do so, and to the announcement of
their name, city and state; and (d) that Sponsor and its agents have not
made any representation, warranty or guaranty, in whole or in part, in law
or in fact, relative to the prize. Winners may be required to complete an
affidavit of eligibility and liability release and (where legal) a
publicity
release, which must be returned within the time period specified by
Sponsor
or an alternate winner may be selected. Return of any prize/prize
notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification of winner and
selection of an alternate winner. If a winner is not of the age of
majority
in his/her state of residence (a "minor"), the affidavit and release (if
applicable) must also be signed by that minor's parent or legal guardian.
Sponsor, its officers, directors, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents and
representatives and their respective employees are not responsible and
shall
not be liable for: (a) any telephone, electronic, hardware or software
program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or
difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunction
or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries; (b)
failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (c) late,
lost, illegible, postage-due, incomplete, damaged or misdirected entries
or
mail; and (d) any condition caused by events that may cause the promotion
to
be disrupted or corrupted. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole
discretion
to cancel or suspend the sweepstakes or any ****tion thereof should
viruses,
bugs, or other causes corrupt the administration, security or proper play
of
the promotion; in which case prize will be awarded via a random drawing
from
among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. In case of
dispute, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of
the email address used to participate at the time of entry. "Authorized
account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an
email
address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other
organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is
responsible for assigning email address for the domain associated with the
submitted email address. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO
DELIBERATELY
DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION
MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT

subsidiaries,
affiliates and agencies, and their respective directors, officers,
employees, agents and representatives be responsible or liable for any
damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental,
consequential or punitive damages arising out of your access to and use of
the internet site www.basspro.com, www.basspro.com/fathersday or other
sites
promoting the sweepstakes or the downloading from and/or printing material
downloaded from said sites. Without limiting the foregoing, everything on
this site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either
expressed
or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy
stated
on the Web site. Entries become the property of Sponsor. No prize
transfer.
No prize substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
5. ARBITRATION/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that
(a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or
connected with this promotion, or any prize awarded, or the determination
of
the winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of
class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the
American Arbitration Association, then effective, in Greene County,
Missouri, (b) any and all claims, judgements and awards shall be limited
to
actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with
entering this promotion but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no
cir***stances will entrant will be permitted to obtain awards for and
entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and
consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual
out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied
or
otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction,
validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or
the
rights and obligations of entrant and/or Sponsor in connection with the
promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the
laws
of the State of Missouri, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine,
and
all proceedings shall take place in Greene County, Missouri.
6. WINNERS LIST: For a list of winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped
envelope to be received by 7/7/08 to: Bass Pro Shops "Countdown to

Day" Sweepstakes Winner, PMI Station, P.O. Box 750, Southbury, CT
