HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: To enter the Sweepstakes, pick up a
Sweepstakes entry form at participating retailers (while supply lasts);
download an entry form via our website at: www.highfalls.com or hand-print
your name, address, email address, age and telephone number on a piece of
paper. Send the entry form (or hand-written paper) in a postage-paid
envelope to: Seagram's Escapes Backyard Makeover Sweepstakes, P.O. Box
7784
, Clinton , Iowa 52736-7784 . Entry materials that have been tampered with
or altered, mass entries, reproductions and photocopied entries are void.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled,
postage due or illegible entries and such entries will be void. All
Sweepstakes entries must be postmarked between May 12, 2008 and August 9,
2008 (the "Sweepstakes Period") and received by August 15, 2008 . Only one
(1) Sweepstakes entry per household will be accepted. The Sweepstakes
winner
will be selected (from all eligible entries received during the
Sweepstakes
Period) in a random drawing conducted by representatives of Sponsor. The
winner will be selected on or about August 20, 2008 , and will be notified
within seven (7) days after the drawing by telephone, email or mail. In
the
event Sponsor cannot reach the Sweepstakes winner within seven (7) days
after it attempts to notify the winner, the Prize shall be forfeited and
Sponsor will select a new winner. If any winner is ineligible to receive
the
Prize or declines to accept the Prize, Sponsor shall select a new winner.
