I am in the middle of remodeling a house, when I purchased it the
inspection
revealed evidence of previus termite infestation - and the owner did share
with me the tenting they did in 2004.
As I remodel I found quite a few locations - door headers, attic, window
sills, different areas of the house, with termite droppings. I fixed them
as I found them. The termite droppings are always dark brown very small
looks like the shape and size of a sesame, even smaller.
Recently I noticed in my outdoor kitchen countertop (which is right
underneath an extended part of the roof overhang) something that looks
like
the shape and size of termite droppings but it's not dark in color but
instead beige. I wiped if off and two days later they are there again.
I looked and could not figure out where they may come from.
Can termite droppings be light color like beige?
Thanks,
MC
