I just tried a product called "Hot Shot Liquid Ant Bait" and it appears
miraculous. I put it near an ant trail in the house and ants were gone
the next day. Product comes in a 4 pack and liquid is in container with
covered wick which is exposed and capped with bridge like cap so pets
cannot get at it. Says it kills queen in nest.
We have had ant invasion problem last few years and I've done a lot of
spraying but Lowes guy recommended Spectricide granules around outside
and the liquid product inside and so far ants are gone.
