Yes it is safe to spray inside of a car. It depends on what insect you are
going after if you will have any results.

Any type of treatment that does not carry a Restricted Use Label can be
sold
over the counter no matter what the signal words are.

Granted there are lots that are sold that shouldn't be but as a Pest
Control
Operator there really isn't much I can do about it.
