Is it safe to spray cypermethrin in a car? Also, if the EPA label on the
package says "warning", can it be sold over the counter in a retail store
to
a customer who does dot have an applicator's license? It is my
understanding
that if the label says "caution", it can be sold over the counter to an
unlicensed person, but that if the label says "danger" or "warning" it
cannot be sold at retail over the counter.
