Our condo association is going to have Orkin do a tent treatment on the
buildings for drywood termites. The units are basically townhouses. Some
of the units have two story screen enclosures. Orkin wants these
enclosures
to be taken down before they will tent the building. Is this a normal
requirement for tenting? This is a significant added expense to the
project.
