My opnion is if there is "gutting ", and areas of previous / and or active
areas of insect infestation are uncovered . Then any pesticicide
recommenended as spray to uncovered wood members for affected (drywood ?)
insects.
Also , you have plenty of room . I am lucky to have 800 square on one
floor
(I have two floors). So that means that I don't have as much to worry
about
..
A small section of drywall removal into critical areas should allow acess
for inspection . Old timers could work magic with the noise of a hammer on
wood for drywood termite inspection . Oh yea . Most of that wood has been
covered by stucco or siding . So I guess that ixnays that .
