Ya gotta be kidding, and I thought I was into a lot of *witchcraft*,
...........It could be that the squirrels feared the unusual and therefore
feared this unusual "act"
Of course if there were enuff bottles to impede their path, then
that could be a factor..............although on that tune, I would prefer
wrapping the tree with some loose barbed wire...
That barbed wire scene has been used a lot, but is a bit of work to
wrap around all over.....
