The landlord needs to make it a building wide issue and hire a pro to
properly clean out the place...you will continue to catch them as they
get into your apartment but that can be an endless stream of them. As
far as your apartment just keep doing what you are doing, with mice if
you bait you have more of a chance of dead ones smelling up the place.
