I thought it was a legitimate question and the answer is that the better 
  termite control agents are not available to the homeowner.  "Agent 
Orange" part of question may have been facetious.

Personally I'm trained as a chemist and can handle any toxic material as 
well as any pesticide worker but these materials are not available to me.
