I would say they possibly need to treat on a regular basis. Can't really 
think of people who have called me back later on to hit the yard because 
they are finding fleas again after getting rid of them once. The reasons 
could be that once the major attack is done it may be easier for the 
home owner to keep control with over the counter products...the on 
animal flea products probably are doing it's job well.. or maybe they 
just don't want to pay the bucks any more for what a pro will charge to 
do a flea job. ( I do have customers that choose to have me treat the 
yard regularly for peace of mind)
