Now you were doing so well until the last sentence. I would think that
the smaller companies probably have the more experience termite workers
compared to the revolving door policies of the larger companies
especially when it comes to termite work. Not to mention the large
companies will have a sales force that does the inspections...great they
have experience seeing and selling termite jobs but not doing the work
then passing it on to workers who do the treatment but may not know or
care about the in and outs of termites and how they truly relate to
structures. Compare that to a small outfit who has to inspect, sale and
actually do the termite work himself and not just hold a license that
allows him to apply termiticides but has to have a certified applicator
license that has to be updated yearly with ongoing education
specifically for termites.
