Hi Beth, I'm having a similar Problem with Sterling. We paid for a
King of the Road Package with an extra gaurenteed pass on the arctic.
Unfortunately this doesn't cover a fail on the lower rigid test. To
pass the rigid we have to pay another =A3400 to be able to take
advantage of the artic lessons and test. Have you had any progress in
taking Sterling to court?
