Well, the address is listed in the ebay listing.He could always pay them 
a visit.... Seems to me (but I'm wrong a lot... ;-) ) that this is a 
legal contract. I've seen ebay litigation on those "Judge xyz" shows 
when I've been home sick and they do hold up in court if you've kept a 
paper trail of the transactions.

I suspect something's not right with this story.
