for the
information? I did win $1,000 a few years ago in a Publisher's Clearing
House sweepstakes. A notice about my good fortune was sent to me via
certified mail. It had a W2 form which I had to fill out and return to
PCH so they could send in a 1099 form. A few weeks later, I received the
$1,000 check and PCH did re****t it to the IRS.
