Has anyone had the same experience:
I bought a cookerhood from Boots kitchen appliances on the 5th March
for =A3479.99.
When my credit card bill came yesterday =A3792.99 had been deducted by
Boots kitchen appliances IN ADDITION to the =A3479.99.
We raised this with Boots Kitchen Appliances this morning. They
promised to phone back but did not.
We phoned again this afternoon and were told by Boots kitchen
appliances that they had not taken the second payment despite it being
clearly on our bill!
I have raised a dispute through the proper channels.
Sadly I have lost confidence in this Boots kitchen appliances. Sure
mistakes are made but Boots kitchen appliances customer care is so
arrogant that they are unable to engage with a customer to resolve a
problem.
Whats the point of Boots kitchen appliances having a customer care
department - they should just go back to good old sales and
complaints!
