    I also have the privacy feature that blocks most calls that can not 
be shown on caller ID. The few that get through never rarely leave a 
message. When I do answer I simply as for their company name and address 
and a call back number. The responses range from asking me to hold to 
hanging up.
   I can never imagine making a sales call and not immediately giving 
that information
