Can you spell contributory negligence? There was a time when one iota of
contributory negligence was sufficeint to nullify a tort claim.
Once we restore sanity to tort claims and eliminate fi****ng in deep
pockets we can safely remove limitations of liability from business
firms. We should also end the legal fiction that a cor****ation is a
person with rights. All companies should either be sole propritor****ps
or jointly owned by the stockholders with any tort liabilities assigned
by share of owner****p. The more you own, the more you pay in a liability
suit. That will go a long way to eliminate externalities.
