The only necessary reform of cor****ations is to unlimit the liability of 
stockholders and principles. Put an end to the illusion that a 
cor****ation is a Person with rights. This will expose business firms to 
legal liabilities and tort claims caused by externalities that they 
cause. The laws concerning torts have to be modified. Anyone who brings 
damage upon themselves should not have a claim in court. If someone 
spills hot coffee on their lap they should not be able to sue the 
restaurant for their own clumsiness.
