What do you think of creating a 'democratic business'. The 'members'
of the business would vote and establish 'laws' for the running of the
business. Those laws would cover topics such as: What products
should the business sell? Who should do the sales and how much should
they be rewarded? How much should the various members of the business
be rewarded? How should someone become a member? etc
What do you think? Is this a viable plan?
