If you're being spoofed (it happened to me once), re****t the offender to 
your ISP and theirs (send a sample of the email with full headers 
visible). Eventually, their ISP will discover that they're spamming and 
drop them. At that point, they'll usually glom on to some other 
unsuspecting person's email address and your email traffic will go back 
to normal.
