Manager / Sr. Manager, Financial Re****ting
Mid-sized, public company with strong management team.
Project Manager for implementation and supervision of Sarbanes-Oxley
compliance.
Prepare all SEC related do***entation including investor re****ts, external
accountant re****ts, and Annual Re****t in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley
and SEC regulations.
· Manage the compliance and disclosure committee to make certain all
re****t disclosures are sufficient and in compliance.
· Ensure that the company accounting and financial re****ting is in full
compliance with all GAPP and SEC requirements, changes, updates, and
announcements.
· Manage internal do***ent control as required by Sarbanes-Oxley.
· U.S. GAAP accounting and re****ting experience mandatory.
· Interacts with the independent auditors quarterly and/or annually on
GAAP / SEC compliance issues.
· Ensure company is in compliance with all FASB and SEC changes,
announcements and updates.
· Work with the Controller and Accounting Manager to create and implement
proper procedures and systems.
· Assist the Controller and CFO with special projects.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Must be able to work well in a team environment.
· The successful candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelors degree in
Accounting, or a related field, and a CPA with 4-6 years experience with a
Big 4 Public Accounting firm, and some industry experience.
