Global consumer manufacturing company is hiring a Senior Auditor due to
promotion.
Responsibilities of position include:
=EF=81=96 For assigned audit area(s): perform risk *****sment by gaining
an
understanding of and do***enting the respective business processes,
identifying risks and controls inherent in those processes, evaluating
them and identifying control deficiencies/op****tunities for
improvement; evaluate control effectiveness through transaction
testing; and perform substantive audit procedures; and identify
misstatements/errors in account balances/processes.
=EF=81=96 Develop audit plant, programs, re****ts, and presentations for
each
engagement.
=EF=81=96 Review staff workpapers and provide feedback timely.
=EF=81=96 Prepare accurate, effective, well-written audit re****ts for
management review.
=EF=81=96 Share =E2=80=9Cbest practices=E2=80=9D identified at other
locati=
ons.
=EF=81=96 Continually revise risk *****sment buildouts and audit
programs/approach based upon experiences and recommendations for
improvement/enhance efficiency.
=EF=81=96 Identify ways to use technology to improve the audit efficiency
a=
nd
scope/coverage.
=EF=81=96 Begin to demonstrate innovative applications of technical
accounting knowledge.
=EF=81=96 Establish contacts and strengthen relation****ps throughout
client
organization (both financial and operational areas) and learn about
client concerns and needs.
=EF=81=96 Proactively develop staff through meaningful on-the-job training
(e.g. direct, delegate, challenge, and provide meaningful feedback) and
prepare evaluations.
=EF=81=96 Create a work environment for effective teamwork and continue to
understand and value differences amount team members.

performance
measures.

industry trends, technical pronouncements, etc. and identify training
needs among the staff.
