I own a condo on the second floor, in Florida. The unit above me, two
floors up, had a water leak which leaked water into my unit. Is his
insurance liable for the damage to my unit?
Several people have told me "no", but that does not seem reasonable to
me.
Any advice, or tips would be appreciated.
