Is there a list of activist groups to control urban noise eg from

Hi

I have been trying to find any activitist groups trying to tackle
noise pollution - particularly that coming from
 - noisy nightclubs
 - overly loud engines on bikes, cars, trucks, power boats
 - overly noise car stereos

If anyone has any other contacts - esp in the English speaking world -
