Needless to say, ear plugs from the local drug store do not help much
in a really noisy neighborhood.
Does anybody of you know head phones that really filter out noise?
I am living an apartment building. I am not allowed to make changes to
the windows, etc. I can't move right now either.
I heard that there are noise cancelling head phones. But how good are
they?
