A second group of neigbors in West Virginia has sued two International
Coal Group mines and two trucking companies claiming coal dust and
noise have damaged their homes.
This latest lawsuit is similar to one filed in August by two homeowners
who live near the Sago and Imperial mines and asks that both cases be
consolidated.
The suit, filed by Mary H. Baker, Lynn LeBlanc-Neil, J.R. Potts and
Donald Stal****r, who own property near the two mines, seeks
unspecified damages because of the "unreasonable noise and coal dust
pollution..."
